Privacy policy
Effective October 7, 2026. This policy explains how Air Wrx Heating & Air, operated by D B E Mechanical Inc. (“Air Wrx,” “we”), handles information on airwrx.cool.
What this website collects
The service-request form on this site does not send or store anything on our servers. When you press “Send as text,” it opens the messaging app on your own device with your request filled in; nothing is shared until you choose to send that message.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Information you give us
When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us, such as your name, address and details about your system. We use it only to respond, schedule and perform service, send estimates and invoices, and keep records required by law. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, call (916) 715-0076.
