Common questions
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
Twice a year: the air conditioner in spring and the furnace or heat pump in fall. Regular tune-ups keep efficiency up and help keep manufacturer warranties valid.
Should I repair or replace my system?
If the system is past 12–15 years old, needs frequent repairs, or a single repair costs a large share of a new unit, replacement usually makes more sense. We'll give you both options with honest numbers.
How often should I change my air filter?
Every 1–3 months for standard filters, more often with pets, allergies or during wildfire smoke. Thicker media filters can last 6–12 months.
Is a heat pump a good fit for my home?
Modern heat pumps heat efficiently even in cold weather and replace both the furnace and A/C. We'll size one to your home and point you to any available rebates.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Ask about financing options when you request an install estimate and we'll walk you through the choices.
